Who controls your information

The intended controller of the information described in this notice is M3 GLOBAL SINGLE MEMBER P.C., Feidippidou 54, Marathonas 19007, Greece. Its registration with the Greek General Commercial Registry (G.E.MI.) is pending final confirmation.

Until that registration is complete, the launch list remains in pre-launch status. You can contact us about privacy at maria@merge3.com.

Information we collect

When you join the launch list, we collect your email address, the date and time of registration, the date and time of your consent, and a two-letter country code supplied by our hosting infrastructure.

We do not intentionally store your IP address, precise location, payment information or special-category personal data in the launch-list database.

Why we use it

• To confirm and manage your launch-list registration.
• To send launch information and your personal early-access link.
• To provide registered subscribers with access one hour before the public launch.
• To understand aggregate interest by country.
• To protect the service from misuse and maintain its security.

Launch communications are based on your consent. Essential security and service-integrity processing may be based on our legitimate interests.

Early-access links

Registered subscribers may receive an individual link that works during the private access window. The link may contain a time-limited security token so that MERGE3 can verify that it is authentic, active and associated with an eligible registration.

Who may process the information

We may use carefully selected providers for website hosting, database storage, security and email delivery. They may process information only to provide those services under appropriate contractual safeguards. MERGE3 does not sell the launch list.

International processing

If a provider processes information outside the European Economic Area, we will use an applicable legal transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or approved standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We retain launch-list information until you withdraw your consent or, at the latest, for 12 months after the public launch, unless a longer period is required for a legal obligation or the resolution of a dispute.

Your choices and rights

You may unsubscribe from launch communications at any time. Depending on the circumstances, you may also request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing, and you may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Country information

The country code is approximate and may be unavailable or incorrect, for example when a VPN or network relay is used. We use it only for broad, aggregated launch-interest reporting.

Cookies and similar technologies

The launch page does not intentionally use advertising cookies. Strictly necessary technologies may be used for security, infrastructure and the protected owner area.

Updates

We may update this notice when the launch service, email provider or early-access system changes. The current version and update date will remain available on this page.
